Q Do we have to pay your listing fee up front?
      No. We do not get paid until we get the job done. Our listing fee of $4,950 is due and payable at time of final settlement.

Q How much do you charge?
      Our listing fee is $4,950, due and payable at time of final settlement. Since your property is placed in the Bucks County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database and available for all licensed Realtors to sell, we recommend that you offer a selling commission of 2.5%-3% to the selling office.

Q Will you place my home in the Multiple Listing Service?
      Yes. We submit property information to Trend, the Multiple Listing Service available to Bucks County and 33 additional counties. The Multiple Listing Service is a database of homes listed with Realtors to sell. It is only available to licensed Realtors and offers detailed information about properties for sale, pending or sold. e Marketing Real Estate submits color images of homes to the MLS along with excellent descriptive remarks about our clients' property. This is extremely important because the information in the MLS is shared with other websites including Realtor.com, yahoo.com and phillyburbs.com..

Q Are there any hidden fees?
      No. Our listing fee of $4,950 includes all our services. We do not offer services "a la carte" for different prices. Our company is designed to work with clients who want a full service Realtor representing them throughout the real estate transaction.

Q How are you different from the traditional Realtor?

      No. e Marketing Real Estate markets our clients home wherever we believe it will be offered to the most ready, willing and able buyers. In addition to extensive internet marketing we use local newspapers, Homes & Land magazine, mailers, signs and more.

Q We have heard from other Realtors that discount brokers don't get the best price for the seller. Is that true?
      No. We have heard that rumor as well; but we do not know where they are getting their information. e Marketing Real Estate offers our clients full service and multiple listing exposure to 24,000 Realtors. We advertise homes using many forms of media from the internet to local papers & magazines to signs & brochures. Bottom line: we market properties to as many people as possible with the best care and detail and get our clients the best possible price. Q Do you advertise in the local papers?

Q Do you also help Buyers find houses?
      Yes. We work with Buyers and Sellers. When we represent a Buyer we supply access to all the listings in the multiple listing system either by e-mailing them to the Buyer directly, allowing them to search for them on our website or, if the Buyer prefers, through a phone call. Again, the e team will represent Buyers from start to finish. Our job is not done until the final settlement.

Q Can you help us find another Realtor when we relocate?
      Yes. If a client is relocating out of the area and does not have a Realtor to work with, e Marketing Real Estate can help them find one. Tom & Renée have been working in real estate for years!! We will interview several real estate agents for the client. We know the questions to ask and what to look for in a good agent.
