About Tom James and Renee Goodyear

 

Thomas R. James has been practicing real estate since he began with his mother's firm, Elizabeth James "Country Real Estate" in 1960. His professional life has been devoted to real estate and to education. He became a real estate broker in 1971, which was the same year he began teaching real estate courses at the Bucks Community College.

Tom's years of experience in listing, marketing and developing real estate in Doylestown have given him a broad range of experience that allows him to anticipate and prevent many of the breakdowns that occur in the normal practice of real estate. Tom owned his own firm for 22 years. When he sold that firm to a large multi office firm he learned about the benefits and drawbacks that confront a firm with over 2,000 agents.

 

Now, with the creation of e Marketing Real Estate, Tom has the opportunity to use what he has learned over the past 40 years to create a company with the high touch of a small office and the high tech that is made available with the use of the computer and the internet. Mr. James is confident that the significant economies that are available from e-commerce can be shared with the clients who choose to work with e Marketing Real Estate, LLC.

 

Renee Goodyear began her real estate career with Tom James at Elizabeth James 'Country' Real Estate while she was a junior at Beaver College studying psychology. When she graduated she became a real estate agent and has continued that career to the present. Renee's clients are especially grateful because she not only serves them well but they can sense her commitment to their well being.

Having taken numerous real estate courses and completed the Graduate Realtor Institutes course, Renee uses her education and real estate experience to her client's best advantage.

Renee is the mother of a beautiful young lady, Lauren, and wife to an ever supportive husband, David. You may see the family walking the streets of Doylestown Borough with their very friendly poodle Izzy.
